By using the CityPASS program, you can save bout 50% off of admissions to some of Atlanta’s main attractions including: the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Zoo Atlanta, Inside CNN Studio Tour, Fernbank Museum and High Museum of Art. The stipulation is once you start using the CityPASS, it’s only valid for 9 days. In this factor, it is designed for an out of town tourist but you can easily start on a Saturday and stretch the 9 days over a 2 weekend period.
Buy an Atlanta CityPASS now before March 1, 2010 and save money before the prices go up! Currently, you can purchase entry for 6 main Atlanta attractions for $69.00. That is about approx. a 50% savings verses paying regular priced admissions.Once you purchase your CityPASS booklet, you’ll you have 1 year (up to March 2011) to use it.

With the tagline “A Great Way to Get to Know Your City”, these classes were designed with Decatur residents in mind to offer the chance for residents to get to know the city, the people behind the city and how the city works. Through this free program offer, the City of Decatur hopes to increase the number of informed and involved citizens in Decatur and to “put a face” on local government, making them more accessible to the community. Topics of the classes vary and cover history, development, budget, boards and commissions, and volunteer opportunities.
