Atlanta Dogwood Festival 2010
It’s time for the 74th Atlanta Annual Dogwood Festival. This festival was started in 1963 as a celebration and awareness event of making Atlanta known for it’s blooming dogwoods. Now the Dogwood Festival is perhaps a favorite annual festival since it’s one of the first spring festivals to kick off the season. Expect everything from art, entertainment and special events. Taking place for 3 days this weekend, this is a great festival to get outdoors for and enjoy Piedmont Park! Here are the details you should know:

When: Saturday April 17 and Sunday April 18, 2010

- Friday: Noon – 9pm
- Saturday: 10am to 9pm
- Sunday: 10am – 5 pm
- Admission is Free For General Festival
- Special Events may have a cost
- It is highly recommended to take MARTA in because of limited parking
