It’s that time again for what has quickly become a popular Atlanta event! The Sweetwater 420 Fest is coming up on April 17 and April 18, 2010. Back in 2009, this event’s tagline was “An Earth Day Celebration 2009″. This is year, the tagline is “We’re here for a good time, She’s here for a long time”.

This is one of the many Atlanta events we have here in this city but this particular festival is geared for creating earth lovers with environmental awareness and preservation tips. Located in Candler park, this festival has music line ups, art, activities, food and of course, beer brought to you by our local brewery, Sweetwater Brewery. Even the artist market will be composed with green artist and crafters showing and selling unique handmade original works of art using recycled and re-purposed materials.  This is a very family oriented festival with a little something for every one whether you are an adult or a child. The festival is free however, a $5 wristband must beer purchased to purchase beer which a proceed of the $5 are donated to Candler Park Neighborhood Organization. • When: Saturday April 17 and Sunday April 18, 2010
• Where: Candler Park

• Time: Saturday Noon to 10 p.m and Sunday 12:30 to 8 p.m.
• Free Admission
• Wristband to Drink: $5
• Must be 21 or older and show ID
• Festival will have music, artist market, activities for kids, and tastings tent on Sunday
