$14,000 Neighborhood Stabilization Program in GA for Foreclosures!

Funds are now available for the Georgia Dream Neighborhood Stabilization Program in Georgia. It is for foreclosed homes in eligible areas and you do not have to be a first time buyer! You get a flat $14,000 to be used for down payment or “rehab” and you can combine it with the great interest rates now available through FHA and VA. The home must be your primary residence in order to be eligable for this program. Also, if you are a first time homebuyer, you still qualify for the federal tax credit of $8,000!
