Participating retail stores stay open late on Thursdays  offering beverages and snacks and even special offers. Approximately 28 different stores are participating in this year’s Terrific Thursdays including: Blue Moon, The Cooks Warehouse and Sherlocks Wine Merchant Store, Greene’s Fine Foods, Heliotrop, Worthmore Jewelers and more. In the month of December, Santa Clause will even be present in some of the places. From Talley Street lofts just plan to walk to downtown Decatur which is approximately 1 mile from Talley Street or even take the Avondale MARTA Station (1 block from Talley Street) to Downtown Decatur MARTA. Once you are in downtown, you can enjoy free Pedicabs rides to participating stores within the downtown city limits area.
