This weekend is the weekend for the 27th annual Summerfest held in Virginia Highlands. This festival is noted as one of the best art festivals in Atlanta and a favorite among most Atlantans. Listen to music, see a wide variety of arts and crafts, take the kids to the kids activities areas, eat great food from the surrounding restuarants and pubs and just have fun! Summerfest is a great event for ages.

Village Place Brookhaven Live Work and Play Atlanta Condos
Who doesn’t love Atlanta events happening around town and this weekend seems full of plenty of things to do! We love it even more when the events involve our own communities! This is weekend is the 3rd Annual Brookhaven Bolt which is a 5k run, walk or stroll that benefits Ashford Park Elementary School. Happening this Saturday, May 15 starting at 8am, 1,000 runners are expected to participate in this running event.
There are only 3 more days left to take advantage of the Federal homebuyer tax credit for the purchase of a new home. Anyone interested in this opportunity must contract on the home by April 30, 2010 and close on the home by Wednesday, June 30, 2010. For those who qualify may be available for an $8,000 tax credit for a first time homebuyer or $6,500 tax credit for a repeat home buyer.
