It’s time for the 74th Atlanta Annual Dogwood Festival. This festival was started in 1963 as a celebration and awareness event of making Atlanta known for it’s blooming dogwoods. Now the Dogwood Festival is perhaps a favorite annual festival since it’s one of the first spring festivals to kick off the season. Expect everything from art, entertainment and special events. It’s that time again for what has quickly become a popular Atlanta event! The Sweetwater 420 Fest is coming up on April 17 and April 18, 2010. Back in 2009, this event’s tagline was “An Earth Day Celebration 2009″. This is year, the tagline is “We’re here for a good time, She’s here for a long time”.
