Home Interest Rates Lower Than October 2009
As of last October 2009, we announced a 15 year Fixed Rate Mortgage (FRM) loan available for as low as 4.25%. As of today, July 27, 2010, a 15 year FRM loan available for as low as 3.75% for loan amounts under $417,000!. Last October 2009, we announced a 30 year FRM loan was available for as low as 4.75%. – 5%. Today, a 30 year FRM loan is now available for as low as 4.25 – 4.50% for loan amounts under $417,000. Home interest rates are still amazing low and even lower than last October 2009.
You must meet the qualifications with credit score of 720 or higher and 10% down payment and the loan amount must be under $417,000 for the rates above. These rates are for the purchase of a new home while refinances will have a slightly higher rate. You can also take advantage a 3.625% for a 7 year Adjustable Rate Mortgage. FHA loan rates are available for as low as 4.25 – 4.50%.
