Our Morris and Raper Intown division of Morris and Raper Realtors, is a boutique-style operation that serves the needs of buyers and sellers of resale and new construction residential properties within Atlanta I-285 perimeter area. On December 1, 2009, Morris and Raper Intown office will move into a new larger office space on the  first floor of the Mayfair Royal building on 14th Street.

“While many companies are downsizing, we are growing,” says Jon Carr, managing director for the Morris & Raper InTown division. “In the past nine months, we have added 24 new agents. It became readily evident that we needed to expand our offices to accommodate the influx of new agents and our expanding market into traditional sales, foreclosures, and short-sales.”  The move will offer a more convenient location for the company’s clients, and will allow the company to recruit even more new agents.
